Dr. C.K. Venugopal, Dean of Conspi Academy of Management Studies (CAMS), is an accomplished academician with over 32 years of experience in teaching, administration, and industry. He retired as Professor from the Kerala Institute of Tourism and Travel Studies (KITTS) and has held various key positions in universities and academic institutions. His early career includes over three years in the IT industry as a programmer and systems analyst in organizations like IHRD, DBSS, and MultiData. Dr. Venugopal is also a prolific writer, having authored six books and published over 100 articles in areas such as research, travel, fiction, and poetry in both English and Malayalam. A dedicated mentor, he has guided numerous students and served as a reviewer for reputed journals and expert member in organizations like PSC, KTDC, and IMK. He is a sought-after trainer and speaker in interpersonal relations, stress management, communication skills, life skills, and wildlife. Academically, he holds a Ph.D. from the University of Kerala and three postgraduate degrees—MCA, MBA (Operations), and M.Sc. (Physics)—along with several professional certifications.

Dr. Deepa M. J is an Associate Professor of Management with over a decade of academic experience across reputed institutions including Manonmaniam Sundaranar University, SRM Institute of Science & Technology, and currently at Conspi Academy of Management Studies, Trivandrum. She holds a Ph.D. in Management Studies from Madurai Kamaraj University and has specialized in Finance and Human Resources. Dr. Deepa has published multiple research papers in national and international journals and has also authored books in the field of management. Her work has been recognized for academic excellence and student engagement, making her a dedicated and impactful educator.

Over the past 10 years, he has built a proven track record in international and domestic student recruitment, public relations, and higher education administration. His professional journey includes impactful roles at HSBC India, Asian School of Business, Ahalia School of Management, and LEAD College of Management. He currently serves as Head – Operations and Assistant Professor at Conspi Academy of Management Studies, Trivandrum.

Currently serving as the Assistant professor at Conspi academy of management studies. He is also the financial advisor of Indian cooperative credit society and He have a strong expertise in the area of Stock Market and Trading, He worked as the Junior Research Analyst of the stock broker under Bombay stock Exchange.
His Academic Journey is backed by a strong educational foundation , including MBA in Finance and shipping and logistics from Noorul Islam University and also he is currently pursuing Phd from Suresh Gyan Vihar University in the area of Stock Market. Mr. Vysakh is not only proved his quality in education filed but also in the area of Sports , He is a Professional cricket player and Volleyball Player and He played for income tax department for the Trivandrum district under kerala cricket Association.
